Return and exchange

According to Art. 50 of the Civil Code, you have the right to return the goods you purchased within 14 days, with the option of exchanging them for another or refunding your money, provided that the following conditions are met:

1. The goods are not damaged;

2. The goods have not been used;

3. That the inner and outer packaging is not damaged;

To be sent with the accompanying documents (warranty card, receipt or invoice)

Before sending the goods back to us, you must contact a representative of vpdom.com and follow the instructions given by him. This is necessary so that we can send you a replacement, a new product or refund the money paid as soon as possible.

The costs of courier services for the return of goods are at the expense of the Customer.

If goods returned by the customer do not meet the conditions for return (exchange), vpdom.com reserves the right to refuse return or exchange!
